This cellar was built in 1989, that is the reason why it is equipped with the most updated technology. It has 5 main premises: grape harvest machinery , vat premises, casks premises and bottle rack  and finished product storage premises. We also have a private bottle rack for our private Reservas y Gran Reservas.
Grape Harvest Machinery Premises:  The following machinery is available. Grape unload hopper, crusher, conveyor, belt and pump that pumps the product through a stainless steel pipe into the wine vats and pneumatic press.

Vat Premises

Casks Premises:  Located in the cellar temperature stays between 14ºC and 16ºC .

Bottle Rack Premises:For our large reserves and private reserves, with a capacity of 650,000 bottles.
