When the grape harvest begins, the whole of the vineyards are subject to an exhaustive control in order to determinate the grape´s qualities and the moment in which the grape´s ripeness is ideal to begin with the grape picking. From the moment on, each batch corresponds to a certain type of wine and it undergoes a particular production process.
